Remember when you used to leave the office and go home, to the bar or to the gym?
Well, now you don’t have that anymore and that’s exactly what makes us unable to disconnect from work, which generates more anxiety in our productivity.
The cell phone is an extension of our life and, consequently, of our work and since it is always with us, even at bedtime, there is no way to turn it off. This ends up generating more anxiety and cases of burnout all over the country.
