How does the healthy wave impact the processed food industry?

We are in the midst of a social revolution that begins with food. These changes are not only changing the way people eat, but are transforming the structure of society, our values, and ways of living. In this research conducted with “gamma” consumers, we found that health is the future, but that consumers still don’t know what “the natural” is.
Impact
From this study, we were able to identify trends in the food industry for the next three years and, based on this, point out directions for the company to start thinking about integrating the healthy and the practical in its brand portfolio.
